oasis-of-colors said: American- i only really use butter on toasted sandwiches. My favorite is on a toasted ham and cheese (add a lil garlic to the butter as it melts it’s delicious)

So while no, we don’t put butter on our sandwiches, we usually put SOMETHING on them unless it’s 3 in the morning and we just can’t be bothered to put more effort than folding a slice of bread around some ham and cheese.
