  32. the-crafty-hobbit said: In the 80’s (and presumably earlier), the secondary school I went to had a portacabin. It was nicknamed the terrapins. By the time I went, it was disused and a new school building was built in its place which had room for more classes. It wasn’t completed though - it was meant to be a square with a courtyard in the middle - only two sides and two thirds of one of the sides were built because they ran out of money.
