Fallout 3 reference.
Direct reference to Megaton in Fallout 3. The bomb also has the Alpha and Omega symbol on it which is another clear reference to Fallout 3.
Actually in this case it would be a reference to Beneath the Planet of the Apes, which had humans with telekinetic powers worshipping an unexploded nuclear bomb and *that* was the design.
Also pretty sure this episode came out years before Fallout 3 was released.
