The “Beatnik Bubbletop” is a Jetsons-style mash-up of a 1955 Ford and Space Age aesthetics, built by a man named Gary Fioto. And while I would ordinarily imagine a vehicle like this in an Atompunk Era (or the Retro-Futurist Post-Apocalypse in the Fallout computer games) I feel it could arrive “before its time” in an alternate-historical 1930s that has gotten an early start on the Space Race.
