Well hopefully it’s just software and not hardware otherwise I won’t see my laptop for a month 🗿 if its software a couple of days or so. I paid money to jump ahead of the queue(otherwise I was looking at a week before they even ran their diagnostics) I’m of two minds about that:it’s definitely highway robbery especially since I have a two year service plan. On the other hand god bless capitalism so that I can shell money at my problem (it’s worth nothing that he was the only person manning the desk)
