After much rewatching of the 3rd episode, I have decided that she:

is the person who murdered Agent Krzeminski. 

Why? Because of the way the person walks. Just watch the gifs.  And doesn’t it look like blonde hair tucked into that hat? And the suit is obviously oversized?

I may be wayyyyy off on this and I do like Bridget Regan,and she does play pretty kickass charaters. So, maybe Dottie is the person in charge of the whole thing? Or at least working for the baddies?

Or this might be all in my head.
