Okay, obviously there are no seatbelts/restraints of any kind on starships but they jerk ALL the time

In your quarters, would you have to like BOLT DOWN all of the vases/anything delicate? Or pictures on the wall are they just CONSTANTLY falling off?

Or if you are just sleeping, like those 6 hours you get off of your shift, and then of course, something happens and you’re just jerked off your bed and woken up like a million times?

There must be so many problems with this.
