I’d forgotten how good an episode this actually was, between Worf’s demand of assisted suicide from Riker and his refusal to see his son, a guest doctor with an unproven medical treatment and questionable ethics (hence the title of the episode), Beverly’s wishy-washy attempt at a solution (implants that will give him 60% mobility) and Picard’s gentle needling.
