As promised, here’s the latest adventure. The abandoned Fort Wolters Hospital, also known as the Beech Army Hospital. Opened in 1957, it’s final year of operation was 1973. I have seen people say it was used as a flea market type venue at one point, but I certainly can’t find anything to verify that besides the mass of impossibly random objects littered throughout the entire complex. Everything from retro TVs to purses and boxes of water logged books. The halls of this building are really something straight out of a horror movie, and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t just a bit nervous. Such an incredible place to explore and I can’t wait to go back.
