Eternal regrets: Darth Maul was so beautiful and so scary and they bumped him off so early.

I mean, wouldn’t it have been more effective if he’d survived longer and Palpatine/Sidious had shown what a dickcheese he was by discarding him as apprentice in favour of Anakin and letting/getting Anakin to kill him?

So I haven’t reached that point yet in the series but apparently he’s back in The Clone Wars (which is considered canon). I’m not exactly how he’s holding up together given he was cut in half, maybe a large staple gun?
