When I was a contract worker at my current job I was issued a challenge word if ever needed tech support. It was a bit weird but I loved it because it was so overdramatic, an actual audible password you had to give your tech guy if the system loched you out:
(me calling tech support)
- Yeah my computer locked me out, I need you to reset my password.
- Okay. Authentication?
- Primrose.
