some fics i really want after seeing star trek beyond
- the crew actually getting to enjoy their time on the yorktown…. like what were jim’s plans for the evening before he was called by the admiral to lead the rescue mission? what did spock do after he heard the news about spock prime? did uhura and chekov and bones just go clubbing? i hope so. it is a PERFECT shore leave setting and i SHAN’T live in a world where it goes underutilized!!
- jaylah joining starfleet academy and graduating in record time and working on the enterprise in engineering with scotty. think about how she’d look in engineering red!!!
- on that topic i’m eternally grateful it didn’t actually happen in the movie but i’d…be down….for some jaylah/scotty fic….just saying
- the rest of the scene where bones heals spock’s wound on the franklin and kirk puts the little rolled up shirt under his head as a pillow…listen….i just want to see that entire scene from beginning to end in real time. did spock grip kirk’s hand when mccoy used his medieval instruments to stitch him back together? who found the spare franklin uniform for spock to wear?? did mccoy make a snide comment about the scar he couldn’t quite heal from spock’s injury that had a genuine apology behind it? tell me…. tell me
- spock getting tipsy at kirk’s birthday party. he had an honest to god DRINK in his hand in that scene…..it’s totally possible
