It’s true, a lot of the characters didn’t get a whole lot of background until much later. 

Tasha being the one to have a  one night stand with Kh’eylar, and having UST with her throughout the series. Tasha falling through AU cracks and finding out she marries Troi in some of them. Tasha nearly being complicit in being part of a mob ruling in The Drumhead. Tasha having to help a secret colony of Klingon/Romulan separatist from being discovered and destroyed by a Klingon strike force thinking it is a surveillance outpost. Tasha fighting the Borg and supporting Troi in her decision to take the command test. Being a mentor to Ro Laren, who befriends her refugee sister that everyone is afraid will stab them, and all of them bonding over having grown up in such horrible places.

I want this AU. 

I hope this doesn’t mean Worf got iced by Armus. I still want Worf too, being a big grumpy space teddy bear and Data’s kindred spirit. (MORE SCREEN TIME FOR THAT FRIENDSHIP.)

Ah Worf will be the Jonathon to the Scooby Gang. He’ll have his Troika with Reg and Wes. Speaking of Wes I think he’ll fare a little better with girls with Tasha around. 

Yar goes back to Turkana 4 and gives Ishara the older sister glare and resolves the whole planet’s issues.

Sergei and Helena will be like adoptive parents to Tasha! Borscht Breakfast!
