Utopia Planetia yards, Mars. Star Trek: Voyager, “Relativity” S5E24
Interesting that there are still Galaxy-class starships just beginning construction at the same time as Voyager is nearly complete.
Regardless, this is an amazing shot, and awesome reveal of Voyager when she was still at home.

From what I remember from either the show bible or the technical manual there were (initially) 6 Galaxy-class starships built, with more planned. Although 3 were destroyed within ½ dozen years (Yamato, Enterprise and Venture) they’d proven their worth and power and more were built. I think this shot is also a nod to DS9 as by the end of the series there are a lot of Galaxy Class ships thrown about.
