I am thinking of the olden days when there was no internet and you had to rely on the radio dj to tell you the name of a song and who sang it, which they only did, maybe, if they played it at the beginning or the end of a set, and then go buy a fujcking cassette single

once, when they didn’t I fucking called the radio station at 2am when I knew there was a DJ there taking requests who didn’t tell me what the song was.

I don’t remember what the song was anymore but it was a on a french soft rock station that I couldn’t change because the manager at the convenience store had locked the office so I couldn’t change the station (or goof off in the office).
