Do you have a fan in your home? Maybe a floor fan or a standing fan? You can put that beside your bed facing away from you and turn it on. The white noise a fan produces will often blend and nullify the other noises.

I also use a white noise audio from youtube when I’m trying to sleep at the hotel every Sunday. I just plug in my phone, and place it on the bed right next to my head. Sleep like a baby! It’s just the sound of static and will run for 12 hours. Blocks out everything else.

I use earplugs from time to time, the Hearos brand and they help and aren’t uncomfortable in your ears.
I do have a couple of pairs of emergency earplugs squirreled away somewhere, a good idea for next time.
