it’s been a busy week

lost my work badge, maybe on a bus, who knows?

my external hard drive with most trek, 1960s-90s movies, stargate, etc, is on the fritz and is on the edge of death. I can xfer things off at an incredibly slow pace (think 7 minutes for one 200mb ep) when it reads it at all. I’ve got some ideas for speed that may or may not work but it necessitated me buying a new external drive

earbuds have conked out and I’ve run out of free replacements (which is a scam in of itself) so there’s another irritant.

had a massive splitting headache that came on suddenly on thursday that ended up in me bolting from work. it comes and goes, but it’s better now. (I’ve had at least one large migraine the past few weeks)

I did attend a wedding reception today and managed to last an hour in a very loud, very crowded, very distant golf club, before my social anxieties finally got me out of there (I really wanted to leave as soon as I entered the place, but there was good too)

I binged the Defenders a couple of days ago, so that’s out of the way (meh)

Still got some appointments tomorrow and monday and this doesn’t feel like a five day weekend yet.
