Phillipa was born in 2202 and attended Starfleet from 2220-2224 and at some point received the “Legion of Honor Medal” (among other things that got cut off it appears).

Michael was born in 2226, attended the Vulcan Science Academy from 2245-2249 and has received (or joined?) the “Vulcan Scientific Legion of Honor.”

So Philippa would be 55 by Discovery’s first season? Fascinating.

Michael would be a thirty year old.
