As much as I love DS9′s Big Fleet Actions and appreciate the visuals we got out of it, and the difficulty of rendering x number of models back then I am disappointed we didn’t get any Ambassador-class ships in the mix (or any of the kitbashes from Wolf 359). There’s just this gap of movie-era ships to TNG (mind you it’s good for showing the Federation’s complacency)

Always bugged me too that we never saw the Enterprise-E or any Sovereign class vessels during the Dominion War. I found out years later that this was due to Rick Berman’s interference. He thought it would confuse people.
