Whenever I try to use the tag replacer, I get this error message (“unable to fetch post object…code TGR-935).
I tried doing a couple different tags just to make sure it wasn’t a one time thing.
This is a current Tumblr issue. Any posts made via the mobile app (and some posts that weren’t, but Tumblr claims were) are, at the moment, completely uneditable on desktop. This includes any XKit extensions such as Tag Replacer and Quick Tags, and there seems to be no workaround (for now at least).

that answers the question, yet another tumblr issue
I have found that if I put one of these posts in my drafts and then go to mobile version - I can edit it!
also - in desktop it anchors the post and doesn’t let you move away from it. really weird and annoying
It makes my drafts nearly unusable right now. I can still go to the source post and edit it there but it’s inconvenient and annoying.
