Colorful Image Colorization is an AI Neural Network software that is capable of colorizing black and white images using thousands of pictures as references.
Keep in mind that colorizing black and white footage using reference images is a hit-and-miss process, and the AI software has to (literally) guess which colors go where. As a consequence, the colorized footage might look quite surreal and psychedelic.
