Not to simp too hard, but Bloomington, Indiana just unveiled this beautiful monument commemorating the future birthplace of Captain Janeway and it's kind of the purest thing with all of the awful things going on around us in the world right now.

Kate Mulgrew not only knows about its existence, she attended the unveiling ceremony this morning and spoke to fans about how touched and honored she was to have become a role model for young women in science.
