Genhart turret pistol

Manufactured by Heinrich Genhart in Liège, Belgium c.1860′s.
.36 self-contained cartridge 10-shot revolving ‘turret’, double action, 19cm octagonal barrel, neoclassical grip.
The only article I found regarding the cartridges that thing uses is in French, and it might be surprising to a few but although it is my native language that makes it extremely hard to understand.
French firearm terminology is a hot mess.
