Some time between Enemies and The Fifth Man we get our first (non-P90) real world technology upgrade. The Gate Room - as well as other sets - gets 1st gen flatscreens instead of the bulky CRTs they’ve been using up to this point. But only the bottom monitors have been upgraded. the Hanging ones, these ones:

which are both in front and behind them, will remain the same for a while longer.
