i think my favorite thing about birds is how unapologetically and effectively violent they are about anything they don't like. and i'm not just talking about birds like geese and swans and eagles and magpies. even a flock of tiny little sparrows can beat the shit out of you if they decide you're looking at them the wrong way. if the rapture happened and a chicken decided to take issue with it that chicken would fight god and i honestly can't tell you for sure that god would win that fight.
