I'm making a Starfleet Headquarters collection post. I took a screenshot from The Voyage Home and I know they were there in the Voyager episode Non Sequitur so I pulled it up on Trekcore.
Judge my surprise when I realized it's the same photo. Voyager just reused the shots from The Voyage Home.
It makes sense that Voyager didn't want to make this animation for a one off episode but still. It's so funny that they took footage from a 9 year old movie instead of just using a different type of shot here.
I also want you to imagine my face when I pulled up these images after one another and was like "Wait a minute...".
According to Memory Alpha the reusing of shots from The Voyage Home means this is the only canon appearance of Tellarites on Voyager.
