Use your phone flashlight/screen light.

Have a nightlight(s) installed to light the way without turning on full lights.

Waddle through the dark hoping you don't trip.

My favorite thing about this poll so far is the people responding with "you wake up in the middle of the night to pee? Why don't you just go before bed???" and every single one has been 25 or younger.

I was 29.5. I remember! It was just like a flip switched or a switch flipped and boom, every night from then on... Sigh 😔

one thing about chronic migraines....nightlights....the old fashioned kind with a bulbprovide just the right amt of lighting sometimes
