it is….about fighting aliens in alien ships. Whom had vague ideas about explorations a la columbus and wiping us out I think? but we don’t really know aside from an academic theory, a vague mind-meld and a situation where the aliens’ comm ship crashed forcing them to use our own satellites to try and call home. It was all very confusing. pretty sure this was marketed to young boys as the two scenes with civilians under attack had the POV of three of them….
