On Crusade (the babylon 5 spinoff) they did an alien spoof episode of the X Files and I’m pretty sure the aliens smoked in that episode (it was also in black and white).
Barely related, in Escape From New York John Carpenter thought it would be really cool if the future could have self-lighting cigarettes.
And well of course the aliens voiced by John Candy and Harold Ramis did coke in Heavy Metal. Then there’s Gremlins…
