Breakfast smoothie from second cup and scone, it’s already 33C/91F with the humidity

I was sleeping off a stomach ache when my next door neighbour’s fire alarm started going off again and again. they just have food they’re cooking and I guess it created a lot of smoke and they can’t clear it out. 2 neighbours have already complained to them about it

Back home, panic/anxiety attack? stomach flu? allergies? lack of sleep? take your pick I had elements of all!

I weighed myself at my grandmothers, as I suspected I’ve gained weight, likely during that three weeks of sleeping three hours/drinking a couple of monsters to stay awake at work. BLEH. things are tighter. I may cut out sugary drinks altogether (won’t that be fun).
