okay but now I really want to know why not

my first wild guess: cars are very salty because of road salt to keep roads clear of snow, if moose lick cars they’ll learn they’re salty and get comfortable approaching humans and cars while still being the incredibly dangerous animals they are. ergo “don’t let them lick” for the same reason you don’t want to feed bears.

how exactly are you going to stop them
