At the edge of the Northern Hemisphere, the village of Barrow, Alaska, has a whole month of darkness every year. Even with most residents traveling south during the winter, some end up staying in Barrow. However, those who remain end up regretting it, as hungry vampires arrive in the village to feed and policeman Eben, his wife and a group of residents will do anything to survive.
