Sebastian Sauve for the January 2015 issue of L’Officiel Hommes Greece
Okay, so ospreyarcher's Reciprocity series is absolutely amazing and incredible, and then the latest update went and gave us this bit about Peggy Carter adventure novels and whoops my hand slipped.
“I’ve been visiting Peggy again,” Steve said. “I’ve been reading her those Peggy Carter books. You know, the ones Simmons likes so much? I got a few of them off Amazon.” He couldn’t help smiling. “They’re awful,” he said. “But they keep popping into my head at odd moments. I’ll be washing the dishes and I think, ‘So how is Peggy going to get out of the pit of poisonous snakes?’”
“How did she?” Bucky asked.
He sounded alert, amused, interested. Steve managed not to react: it would spook Bucky back in his shell if Steve took notice. “Her nemesis the Russian assassin Tanya Molotova showed up and threw down a rope. ‘No one is allowed to kill you but me,’ said the Golden Tarantula – that’s her nickname – ‘and not until after we’ve defeated the threat of SPARROW.’”
“SPARROW?”
“The most evil organization the world has ever known,” Steve said solemnly.
Style of titles and covers stolen shamelessly from the Man from U.N.C.L.E. novels, because obviously. But basically? I just need these to exist.

The Women of the Supreme Court Are Now Awesome LEGOs
By MAKERS Team
On International Women’s Day, some new LEGO leaders strode into town. Created by Maia Weinstock, these minifigures represent the first four female Supreme Court justices of the United States. Banded together under the badass name, “Legal Justice League,” the LEGO versions of Sandra Day O’Connor, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan work together at the legal justice library and pass laws at the bench.
Right now the original 1965 built model of the USS-ENTERPRISE is currently being restored by the Smithsonian to be hung in its Air and Space Museum. The model was designed by Star Trek’s Art Director Matt Jefferies. Recently the model was shown to the press to show the needed restoration. I was amazed how large and detailed it was, even in its unrestored state. I grew up with this model and it always seemed like its own heroic character in the show. So I took actual photos of the model as it is today and re-composited the photos into the Star Trek feature film shots. I think the model still holds up beautifully, especially when it is properly lit and the ship’s lights are illuminated. I did my best to replicate the proper lighting and look of the ship when I composited it into these famous Star Trek movie scenes.
