See his adorable spotty squatty base and his unicorn horn? Julian would never give Dalekalaka away.

Julian was still struggling with h is new career as an interior decorator. He never could understand why people didn’t like his “tasteful aphrodisiacs display”

I like this picture for the following reasons

a) I always enjoy pictures that draw attention to Julian’s hands, for they are nice hands

b) haha look at how he’s just sort of rolling around inside that padded uniform that creates the illusion of powerful shoulders

c) pointy sideburns

Seriously, are pointy sideburns a Starfleet regulation, like the rule QI recently told us about, where for a certain portion of the nineteenth century men in the British army were required to have moustaches? Or have they just been fashionable for over a century?

I beleive those are regulation sideburns.
