Orpheus, a thirteen-story tower with flats of ten different sizes, and Eurydice, a nine-story slab of duplex flats, is a project shaped by deep façade reliefs, concrete parapets and flower pots. The architect Jürgen von Gagern was a member of the critical “Münchner Forum“ (Munich forum), that fostered small-scale developments in Munich which unlike the large satellite cities included public amenities and offered a multitude of individual floor plans.
