The depiction of the Enterprise is so uneven in Annual #1 it’s distracting.
Sometimes it’s:

Wow, A+!! Did you cut it out of a magazine and paste it in your comic book? perfect!
Other times it’s:

B, passing grade, needs refining but all the main elements are there.
And finally sometimes I think the artist (and there’s only one) just gave up:
