I was determinted to make it to the Spaceport and by god I made it (turns out only circular slab the rocket is on is solid, the rest isn’t.

Southwest of Morro Bay, outside the map boundaries appears to be either cut or flashback content involving a high school or maybe barracks. There’s very specific lighting and blur happening here. areas include an outdoor basketball court, a canteen, and locker-lined hallways.
