Watching The Strain at work (Embassytown is a bit too much for my sleep addled brain) and having a bit of a fanboy moment as Lacroix from Forever Knight shows up on here (another show about vampires ). Sadly hes not playing off against Richard Sammel but a young Setrakian (as a german pawn shop owner)

No wait he did! aah perfect. Too bad they’re (at that point) not equal I so hope they keep Nigel Bennet around, he can do creepy and amoral so well (as long as ham it up, but he’s nothing against his Forever Knight Chief Ham Geraint Wyn Davies)

Things that were well done in The Third Rail:
The empty grocery store (even if I don’t believe in the supposed rate of collapse).
The tunnels (even the heavy handed this is all that they were scene)
Things that are unintentionally funny: The state of Corey Stoll’s wig
and now Gus has lost everyone that’s ever meant anything to him.
Am I supposed to be turned on by this?
