I wish he’d flown out of there with Anakin’s corpse strapped to the roof like a shot moose.

I have this this image in my head now of Luke, in a large flannel jacket, hunter’s cap (with the ear flaps) and driving a pickup, with vader’s corpse strapped to the hood of his pickup, pulling into a gas station where’s Han’s waiting for him.

“Good going kid!”

“I didn’t mean to kill him, he just darted in front of my truck!!”

“well why didn’t you put him in the truck bed?”

“That Palpatine feller is a lot bigger than he looks, I didn’t have space for both there.”
