I’ll add one more! Star Trek: Nemesis was going to introduce seatbelts at the end of the movie but ended up deleting the whole  scene (along with the introduction of a new First Officer played by Steven Culp).

Edit: that chair was later repurposed as Enterprise’s new Captain’s Chair in Season 4 (minus the seat belt)
