Star Trek Star Trek Comics DS9 Ro Laren Kira Nerys Divided We Fall I'm trying real hard to remember Avatar and some Voyager canon The Maquis got a blanket pardon during the Dominion War IIRC and while Ro got her pardon she was def no longer welcome within Starfleet and ended up on Bajor and signed up with the Militia I don't recall how she ended up security chief (past experience I'm guessing and just to get her *there*and ofc when the Militia was absorbed by Starfleet she was going to retire But Picard - despite everything - pulled some favours unbeknowst to her until it happened in a very touching moment from what I recall aaaaannnyway
