I was thinking of Invader Zim/Steven Universe crossovers and now that Steven can technically possess people in his sleep could he potentially breach dimensional veils and end up controlling Dib? Just waking up and freaking people up with his cheery attitude? Gaz would die but not before sending robot animals, Membrane wouldn’t notice. Actually it’s all going pretty well until he actually has to attend mandatory skool and Steven’s never had a public education. Miss Bitters would screech in disgust and just send him to the infirmary. I don’t know how Zim would react but I’d love it if Steven couldn’t tell the difference between Zim and Peridot.

I’m rambling, anyway this all started from the thought of Garnet’s Mum Universe and Peridot’s proficiency at building robots she could build Steven roboparents with horrific results.
