okay so was no one going to tell me JWST released an image of jupiter and europa?? cause this is so freaking cool

it’s taken with Webb’s NIRCAM (Near-Infra-Red CAMera), and shows Webb’s ability to photograph nearer objects as well as those thousands of light years away. the dark spot to the left of the great red spot is Europa’s shadow.
