“Ah, Kirk, my old friend, do you know the Klingon proverb that tells us ‘Revenge is a dish that is best served cold?’ It is very cold …in space.”
If there’s anything I’ve learned from superhero movies and shows is that the british supervillain goes into the glass cage.

For those of you who haven’t read these two books you really should. They stand on their own and shows us how the Eugenics Wars happened and we weren’t even paying attention to it. Volume One covers the period from the early 70s to the late 80s (and is in fact more of a Gary Seven book) as we see How Khan came to be, who his role models were, what events shaped him and the ultimate path he takes. Volume 2 takes place from 1992-96 and he’s in full swing.
Both books also feature some interesting guest stars.
There’s a Volume 3 (to Reign in Hell) that deals with Khan’s exile on Ceti Alpha V.
