What Might’ve Been Lost – A fan comic for AMC’s The Terror that takes place after episode six.
The Terror started airing during a rough patch in my life, and I took a lot of comfort in how honest it was about the nature of existential despair. Things got better, I got better, but with the news and the world being what it is, I keep coming back to the big theme of the series: the value of compassion in the face of such despair. As Vonnegut said, “God damn it, you’ve got to be kind.”
