I like how with Star Trek of this era you might just start out playing a gift box or a mook but if you hung in there and they liked you, eventually you’d get a character with an arc!

play enough villains with a silky voice and a long neck they might design a whole species around you!

It took me like an hour and a half of research to figure out who this was.
