How do we change things? When complaining about the lack of Black Widow, don’t just tweet at Marvel and Disney. Contact the licensees. They need to know there is a high demand. They need those numbers. Look into companies like Mad Engine, Hasbro, Jay Franco, etc. Look at the tags and find those companies.

Normally my money would be on Shellhead, hands-down, but a peg-leg cyborg pirate wielding Kirby crackle … even odds, at best. Sorry, Tony.

For about a week now, Tumblr (and by association everybody else) has been contemplating various frivolous reasons for Captain America and Iron Man to go to war in the upcoming Captain America: Civil War. The premise of the meme is pretty simple: someone, usually Tony, says something unpopular or even downright offensive, Steve Rogers reacts, and thus the Marvel Civil War begins. It’s funny enough to see Captain America and Iron Man go to war over the pronunciation of gif, but within the context of an actual Civil War adaptation it becomes slightly disheartening.
I’m sorry I’m just not over that wolverine cover

Kurt’s clearly naked
Logan’s glaring at his dick
Classic porn cover poses
@Esad Ribic explain yourself please
when what when
Also please note the placement of the beer bottle.
I once was at a show where I asked Esad about this cover.
Esad is a big, cheerful, man with a wicked sense of humor.
He just looked at me.
And then he smiled.
And the smile got bigger.
And bigger.
And he said, “And nobody at Marvel noticed!”
And then he couldn’t stop laughing.
