Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy (Выставка достижений народного хозяйства) abbreviated as VDNKh/ВДНХ, was a permanent general purpose trade show and amusement park in Moscow, Russia.
A Spartan Ranger carrying the rank of Lieutenant and one of Miller’s confidants. An excellent shot, with a dark sense of humour who joked even in situations where it was not appropriate.
This is a fully functional replica of the Artyom map from Metro Exodus.
When creating it, I was cautious of the principle of using maximum authentic details. Moreover, all the details would have practical functionality.
In the course of work, I used the original army compass of the USSR army of the 1960s issue, an officer leather bag for maps and documents of the 1970s issue. As a frame, a protective shield from the trigger of the RPG22 hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher was used. Also, several toggle switches from various army apparatus.
The radio case is milled from duralumin as well as the protective cover for the compass.
The leather officer’s bag was manually reshaped and transformed to a state as close as possible to the original item from the game.
Thus, in this card are present:
1) A fully functional radio operating in three frequency bands, FM, AM and SW.
There is also a function to play the original soundtracks from the game.
2) The functioning backlight on both sides of the card is turned on by turning the toggle switch in the upper part.
3) A separate toggle switch on the left turns on the power supply to the radio.
4) Full-featured compass in a protective metal case.
5) The character’s magnetic pointer on the map with a fluorescent indicator.
6) Inside the bag is a compartment for storing spare cards and other documents.
7) Notepad for notes with pencils and pens.
Power radio and backlight from a standard 9 volt battery.
The kit also comes with spare battery stickers and additional paper maps of locations from the game.
