It’s not like the Cardassian military has any competitors planetside, or gives a damn about Bajoran labor laws, or worries about ‘Bajorans taking skilled jobs from Cardassian workers’ or any of the other reasons the evil Anaconda Copper Mining Companies of Planet Earth geographically differentiate their evil vertically-integrated neocolonial industries.
