so rogue one vader actually took the time to:

  1. drain his bacta tank
  2. have someone help him out
  3. put on his entire armour from head to toe
  4. stride out amidst the fog to meet krennic for five minutes, and ,
  5. diss him for his delay with the death star and his lofty ambitions

i aim to reach this level of dramatic and pettiness

Another thing about Rogue One while I’m thinking about it, the soundtrack was doing a good job of remaining inconspicuous or inconsequential. But this is Michael Giacchino so he couldn’t resist Lost-ing it up as soon as the star destroyer crashed and Imperials came in at the end. It was like watching a Lost season finale with the swelling musical tones drowning out the action. I mean I’m sure Ben was waiting on one of those ships just waiting to put a hood over not-Ackbar’s face.
